Monomer Blend is a fast-drying catalyst liquid that must be used with acrylic powder to create acrylic nails.
Instructions for use: Wet the tip of the brush in the liquid and then in the acrylic powder to create a small ball. Immediately proceed with building the nail. Repeat if necessary.
Air cure. Finish with Top Coat.
