VALQUER - VPLEX Permanent Neutralizer 1000ml

Neutralizer for the Vplex Permanent, which restores the hair fiber structure after its styling action.

How to use: After rinsing, towel dry the rollers. Apply the neutralizer (reserve some for the end) to each roller, leaving it on for 5 minutes. Continue unrolling and when the hair is loose, apply the remaining neutralizer. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
