VALQUER – DecoBlue VPLEX Bleaching Powder 20g

Blue bleaching powder with VPLEX technology that protects and hydrates the hair during the bleaching process. Repairs and revitalizes the hair fiber. Lightens up to 6 shades.

How to use:
Mixture of 1:1.5 or 1:2 (examples):
For every 40g of bleaching powder, use 60ml of 20v, 30v or 40v oxidizing cream. Place in a non-metallic container until a homogeneous mixture is created. Apply to dry, unwashed hair. The processing time varies from 30 to 45 minutes depending on the natural hair color and the desired effect. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.

Ingredients: Potassium persulfate, ammonium persulfate, sodium silicate, magnesium carbonate hydroxide, cyamopsis tetragonoloba gum, sodium metasilicate, sodium stearate, CI 77007, cyclodextrin, disodium edetate, disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate, hydrolyzed wheat protein, kaolin, magnesium oxide, liquid paraffin, xanthan gum.
